1. SERVICES/CONSULTING

•  Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund.

•  Late Cancellation/No-Show: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged charged 50% of the service fee.

2. COURSES/EVENTS
Event Cancellation by Rising Consortium: If we must cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.

Attendee Cancellation:

o   More than 10 days before event: Full refund minus processing fee where applicable.

o   7-10 days before event: 50% refund

o   Less than 7 days before event: No refund

3. EXCEPTIONS

We understand that unique circumstances arise. If you have concerns about your purchase not covered by this policy, please contact us at Phoenix16SW@gmail com, and we will review your case individually.

4. PROCESSING TIME

Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
